Previously, WAvNA, opposed item C4W at the Dec 8th Commission based on our opposition to incentivize hotels in an area where there are already too many hotels. Now that we have learned that this ordinance was initiated by Citizen M Hotel at 1212 Lincoln to solely benefit that project, we are adding the following statement.
